IsupporT is an on-demand technical support service provided by our professional team of IT Service Engineers. We offer online technical support for issues which can be resolved remotely, as well as in-home/office tech installations. We deliver a wide range of professional and technical support services to suit all your electronics, and IT support needs.

Our hotline operating hours are from 10am – 7pm, Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

IsupporT offers 3 different subscription packages:
– Online Protection Plan
– Protection Plus Plan
– Business Protection Plan

Online Protection Plan:
– $13/Month
– $156/Year

Protection Plus Plan:
– $240/Year

You can choose to pay on a monthly or yearly basis for the Online Protection Plan. Yearly payment option is provided for the Protection Plus Plan.

We accept VISA, Master and Debit/Credit card payment. 

Our subscription terms are all 1-year plans. 

The service commences once you have successfully subscribed to a plan.

Credit card information is stored in the payment gateway; our website does not store your card details.

With a subscription plan, our qualified team are always ready to assist you when your devices are down. We aim to give you peace of mind by providing you with personal, expert tech assistance.
